I noticed the game had an update available on Steam (for reference, it’s currently 12:16 AM GMT
on April 14), and after installing it I’m able to get the Astral Spire to load without the soft lock issue!

Im still waiting for the extra gems. Im not missing the 2 green orbs, but didnt get all gem keys.
Just jumping in to provide a quick update on this issue. The fix for this has been pushed out.

I just purchased the pass (on Xbox Series X), since it’s finally supposed to be fixed. I got the 620 gems for the pass, but not the bonus 400. I did get the 2 Major Orbs of Growth.
I did calculate the total correctly? One 10 gem reward and 6 50 gem rewards is 310. Pass triples the reward and I’d already collected initial rewards, so I should get double which is 620. I got that, but no bonus 400.
Compensation went out already for those who bought before the “fix“, what about those who bought after?
@Theoden I will follow up on the missing Gems, as you should have gotten them at the same time since that fix went out.

I have manually sent you 3 the missing Gems, which is all you are missing.

Further reports will likely get scooped up when we run through the accounts again after the weekend, and automatically get those missing Gems sent out.
I’m unable to spend Star Stones. At first I could, but that changed a few days ago. Yes I have restarted the game multiple times and rebooted. On PC with Windows 11. Note how the Purchase button is grayed out in the image. This is true for any node I try to purchase.
I believe you are in the Green Board. Have you tried to purchase the next node above the +2 Attack that is shown on your image? +6 Life for Green Troops? The nodes have to be unlocked in order.

i got 2 gemkeys+2 glory keys. I made a video, what i received, so i could compare, but nvm you can keep the keys, not worth it.
And then you collected your mail with the remaining missing Gem keys when we sent them out to everyone who was missing the rewards for being over lvl 50 & the triple library pass rewards.
This should go out sometime this morning. tonight
There will be another round of this being processed at some point to make sure no one was missed.

ALSO anyone missing gem keys should also get sorted soon. It’s been a whole time digging into why that wasn’t resolved previously. Anyways, those will get sent out in the next day or so, if not after the weekend. So sorry this is just going on and on
