After the New Update 68 of my Troops are lost and listed under not owned now. Underspire is reset. I lost all of my torches and played sigils.

Every troop you fight against or look at in a fight preview screen will be removed from your activated troops. This is likely the intended way to fix the mirroring of shiny status. Due to an oversight, it does not get reactivated.
After your next login, the list should be cleared (but start filling again, until the issue is resolved).
