Keys are too valuable to save right now. I’m just going to try to put some guild gems aside and buy like 50-100 event keys.
So should we read this as ‘we get the rest sooner, which includes the major rework to the hero and a bunch of other cool stuff’, or is everything you mention postponed, leaving the question what ‘the rest’ than might be.
I don’t own a mobile, or a tablet, and due to chronic health problems I no longer use a computer, and am unlikely to use a mobile, so that’s unlikely I also wouldn’t start over.
Hook up a controller to a pc. Starting over wouldn’t be that big a deal sub 100.

- “Any time we reduce stats/spells on a troop for balance”. Please consider some buffs (increases stats) as well, coz recent changes in the last patches simply let some cards fell behind:

Has it been mentioned yet if troop refunds are free and/or 100% refund? Some problems I could see with a free 100% one week after upgrade refund is:
- Lower leveled players can have any team in the game by recycling the souls from their base team over and over again to try different teams. Approximately 20,000 souls can be any team in the game max leveled.
- Mid leveled players won’t have much a need for souls, making gold yet again even more of a valuable resource.
- Higher leveled players will level up weak troops for kingdom tributes, then refund them at the last second so they profit from tributes, but don’t waist the souls.
@Tacet The ONLY time we will offer a refund is for one week after we nerf an individual troop, and ONLY on that troop. So that shouldn’t allow any real exploits.

True Shot on its own was ok. Adding it as a trait for skull damage was not. Then adding it to troop that can dodge skull damage was silly.
But it is turning into a theme with GOW: creating troops that ignore the inherent risks of their abilities. First it was Skeletons and Goblin Shamans, who’s extra turn removed the risk of an unlucky gem creation. Now it is Centaur Scouts and Glade Wardens who’s agile and true skull damage mean Bone Dragons (who already were powerful enough) have hardly any risk involved any more.
With so many troops and abilities, some combos will always be stronger than others. Some super-powerful combos will always arise. But this is just silly. I start a game, have yet another revenge against a Cheesy McCheesincton of the Clan of the McCheesinctons (and unlike Macleod in the end there isn’t only one), and instead of having a fun gaming experience, all I think is “Who thought this was a good idea?” Doubly annoying seeing how I actually like the devs.
So while I’d love for 1.09 to make things better, I am a unsure if I’ll reinstall the game to find out.
Maybe a bit off, but I am expecting that Crimson Bat will be buffed again, and some of the other that originally gives true damage. Also the true shot trait that let enemies true damage from skulls needs to be removed.
Not completely removed, but adjusted… to say 60% of the Attack damage… traditionally true damage spells seemed to deal about 60% of normal spell damage, and about 60% average-ish of hit points is Life not Armour… of course some will whinge that the trait then makes the troop weaker… who knows…
Lets say 50% true damage of the attack damage.
Let’s let the devs decide…
…but for sure not have True Shot and Agile on the same troop unless its at least Epic base rarity, and so actually hard to unlock… having both together on commons makes no sense to me…
Yeah, nothing has been decided yet. We just chit chat about a possible solution. Agree, that a base common shouldnt have those two traits combined.
Bah, Legendaries have the truly good abilities. Webspinners ultimate trait for example. Truly worth unlocking
