Yue-She missing in event chests

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Yue-She is the featured legendary troop from the Lunar Reflections event half a year ago, see Holiday Event: Lunar Reflections. It should be in event chests this week. However, unless players have been getting impossibly unlucky, it hasn’t been added to the loot table.

Steps to make it happen again
Spend several thousand event keys, fail to pull Yue-She.

I’m following up, I just am also checking if there ever was a post announcing it was added to chests in the first place

As a programmer myself, I can hardly think of any reason why this can not be automated.
