Xbox player, remote play possible during vacation?

i play on xbox
starting mid of february i will be on a vacation for a few weeks
is there a way to play remote / connect with my xbox account via pc or tablet/phone while i´m away?
i know it´s possible for PQ3 with login data but gems is much older and every seach always shows that only mobile/pc sync but not consoles.

which options do i have? any help is appreciated

Yes you can run Gems of War on remote play. You’ll have to Google how to set up your Xbox to do it since I can’t remember.
