Leaving the application running for an extended period of time results in the complete loss of sound effects… Background music continues to play normally. I was able to able to reproduce this bug consistently over the last two days. Only way to get the sound effects back was to terminate process and relaunch.
So I guess the support section of the forum does not have a link back to the Known Issues posting. Looks like @Andrew posted 12 days ago and since that date 18 customers posted in the support section.
Since we like making everything as complex as possible perhaps you could hire @Lyya to create a bot that parses the ‘Official News’ section for the phrase ‘Known Issues’ and auto-responds with a link back to the latest ‘Known Issues’ posting.
