Wulfgarok vs. Drake Rider

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?

I cast Wulfgarok on the opponent’s Drake Rider, which killed it. I expected the Devour to occur, yet it did not. Screenshot below, I believe this might have something to do with the Loyal Mount trait and the Drake Rider not actually being treated as have passed on to the next world.

What are the steps to make it happen again?

I’ll see if it happens the next time I’m up against this sneaky Orc/Drake combo.

I just replicated this, 100% did not devour.

Hm. Probably shoulda not tested in my GW match lol.

Anything that has a kill condition vs anything that traitsummons on death. War vs Summoner, if Daemonic Pact triggers on death, will not get an extra turn. I’m told this only happens if it summons in the same spot, but have not tested this.

Edit: As pictured here, it didn’t matter whether or not it summoned in the same spot. If an on death traitsummon activates, it counts as the enemy not being killed.
