So about 5 times in the last 2 weeks there have been people in global chat who for some reason have lost all of their history, for lack of a better word. They show as a brand new player, few if any troops.
Will the be addressed for 3.4 or just case by case for those who send in tickets as per the norm?
Do we know if that’s just a chat display bug or those players have indeed lost everything off their accounts?
If the latter, there’s probably loads of different causes and they need individually investigating and fixing.

Hey,
This is caused by accounts that somehow were assigned the same invite code, so when you click on them the incorrect account is displayed.
If the player writes to us we’re able to fix the issue by assigning them a unique invite code so their correct profile shows up again.
