What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
icon “legends reborn” should not be on top of “Astal Spire” icon, this happens with other UI elements too. “legends reborn” icon is on top of the mail icon too.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
When I move the world map and the UI overlaps with the “legends reborn” icon - not all elements are effected.
