Can I use a macro for hotkeys without fear of being banned?
example:
For pressing key 1 - moves the cursor to the first unit >> clicks >> moves the cursor to the cast button >> clicks.

If you have to ask, the answer is probably yes.
As presented it’s simply an auxiliary tool, i say it’s fine.
Also, this is something we could/should have as a quality of life improvement as it would help people with certain disabilitties to play and enjoy the game. We must remember that not everyone was graced with a full set of perfect limbs, and/or perfect neural coordination on such limbs. To them something so simple as moving a mouse around is hard.
