My 30000 glorys were reduced to 10000 last monday, and not fixed yet.

No. If you actually filed a help ticket correctly they should have resolved the issue. Mine was fixed very quickly after I submitted my ticked for the same problem.

You were sending your messages to the wrong place. This is the place to contact support.
Seems that contact us form is more for inquiries directly to the publishers.
