Why have upgrades if no human is going to actually look at them?

Second weapon released in just a couple months with magic upgrades when the weapon it’s self does nothing based on the magic increase.

I don’t need to do an actual report because this is the first time any Human on Infinity Plus 2’s staff is actually seeing this.

Same thing for a number of “assassin” troops, i.e Zuul.

Do we expect anything but drooling stupidity from them?
