Why Cleanse/Bless doesn't work?

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I used my Moon Rabbit twice already. And it didn’t have any effect on Tina, while it had to be Cleansed and Blessed.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Twice in one battle. I noticed it first time.

Steps to make it happen again
It seems, some status effect cannot be Cleansed - and it means, apparently, that no Statuses can be cleansed. I have Bleed, Burn, Poison, Stun and Curse.

Bless only cancels Curse. The other status effects stayed until blessed yet again. (unless the AI happened to reapply Curse before you could Bless again)

Unfortunately, it’s not the case. Picture above was taken right after Blessing. As you can see, Curse is in place.

My current suspect is Bleed, actually.
