I have an ongoing game on ps4, but decided to start one on my phone. I don’t remember when the 3 medal slots are supposed to show up. I’m level 101 (something like that) and it’s not at the top of the screen. I also got a couple of orbs but they don’t show up on the orbs list. It’s been a long time since I started a new game… has something changed or am I just forgetting something. Btw, I did get a medal from beating the mythic boss in explore runs.

You need to complete the relevant World quest to unlock medals (and other features.)
At level 101, they will all be available now.
