See header, not much to add other than that I cannot find such a page or site through googly, I’ve got loads of event keys and prefer to know what I can get for them before throwing them away for poopcards.

There is only a user @Fourdottwoone that puts a chart under the weekly post in the ‘official news’ each week. Not sure if they gather this info from an external site/tool or its all manual effort.
They are tricky because of course I would expect to filter by kingdom and see what’s available but there’s so many exceptions these days.

Troops in event chests match the kingdom listed.
Troops not in chests (ANY) include current campaign troops, troops recently released (less than 4 weeks), tarot, bosses, and troops that dont have that kingdom(not faction) listed on their card.
Simply sort your troop menu by that kingdom.
