What happens that the developers don't provide a solution?

It would be good if the developers provided information about this and the issue of resources that can be accumulated because it could also happen to you or me.

This issue is near the top of the to fix list for the team right now. Before it wasn’t so much of a problem - we hadn’t received reports about it from legitimate players until recently - but as the game is getting older and players have had more time to save their gold to such high amounts we want to do something about it in case others save their gold…
