Is there a way for the guild leader to see the participation of the previous Guild War.
Similar to Roster screen when the war is active

Nothing in-game, at least.
The game files do provide each member’s overall performance, but you’ll need to be able to parse those files.

the Monday after guild war you can screenshot roster in bottom left of “my guild’s keep”, currently in “war results” , click the opponent guild to see those numbers

Currently, you cannot see who was in the last Guild Wars event, there is no where for that information to be displayed. I can pass it on as feedback, but I’m not gonna have an eta on when or if it will be implemented.
As already mentioned, you can see who was in the event during the event, so if it’s important to know who was in the last event maybe worth just tracking in your Guild discord for now?
