What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Played and earned new level 1200.
Got to screen where i can select color to power up.
Selected.
Expected - can play again.
Actually - after 1-2 seconds got notified about new level and got to screen where i can select color to power up.
Selected and after 1-2 seconds …
Have tried to get out from this, but always came back to this screen.
Only game restart was helped.
P.S. Have received 5 mail about new level with rewards. But really got only 1 level.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Only once.
Steps to make it happen again
Do not known. Not sure that this can happen again in other level gain. Before 1199 times this was not happened
Hi there! I am sorry this happened. I’ve checked the logs of your account and it looks like you go the rewards and leveled up mastery correctly in the end anyway.

I have started this topic to provide you information about reward bug.
I have received x5 reward mails and really got this reward (as i have noticed). If i would spend some time i could get lots of reward mails with reward.
It’s pretty ordinary, yes, but as the game can be played on multiple platforms it means we can have any kind of issue! thanks for the information and report
