VP should be the same everywhere right?

Steps to make it happen again
Make my scores even. Explain why this is the way it is?
Both weekly scores are identical. One in your bracket and the other in global. First picture shows seasonal VP, accumulated over weeks. They’re most likely different unless you started this season this very week. 
Why are they different? And yes I did the whole Season from scratch this week.
At some point whilst playing this morning I noticed the VP stopped increasing in the leaderboard, thought it was just delayed and kept playing, but eventually stopped as I realized it was stuck. The Seasonal VP showed up correctly though.

Impossible because I took a break from the game and literally only started PVP this week on Monday. I used the Holiday time to catch up and so my entire PVP Season this week. I did NOT play last season, and I did not start when this Season started.
after 360VP (with a talisman)
Used Double VP talismens but chose easiest opponent most times wanted to do as fast as possible so played with double Khafru team and no weapon, Chrysantherax at the top, to go super fast. So lower VP than if I used hardest opponent but much faster. I know if I had used some Monoliths then I could do that fast on Tier 3 as well but I was all out of Monolith sigils.
Threw one silver icon in somewhere - but that icon was gained this week and from the rules it should count too. Friend tested that also - his icon score was added to the leaderboard score.
It has still not updated. I stopped playing but I just did my Citadel Battles as I did not want to miss those - and both scores in the Leaderboard and in my total went up, but the 15 000 is still missing. That 15 000 went missing this morning, before then the scores were the same. I please request the Devs to look into this and see what happened. Is this because I did the whole season in one week? I want to know what to avoid in future and why this happened.
I think the extra VPs are from guild wars. Too bad I don’t have a way to verify that.
