When I set the vibration to “Off” I expect it to be off all the time, no matter how often I enter/leave the game, but it switches to “on” on its own.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?

Set “Vibation” to “Off” (untick), put console to sleep mode, start it again and open the game. It will be “on” again
