Using the Support Category

[The plan is..] This is a category for devs to move closed reports to when they are found to not be a bug.

Or make important Support related announcements.

For example:
A thread is created as a bug report because a player reports they are missing an item/resource/reward.

After investigation, we confirm they are not missing anything and there is no bug. The thread is marked as [Resolved] and changed from Bug Report category to Support.

For instances where a bug report is found to not be a bug, but leads into a discussion promoting feedback, this will be just changed from a Bug report to Game Discussion

Also, do not create Support categories if you just need assistance.

If you are experiencing a bug, account issue, purchasing issue etc.. create a bug report or submit a ticket to our support team.

If you have general game questions, then find the matching category.
