New weapon
As stated by @Ozball in another thread, this unlocks with 40 red and 40 brown mastery. Mine did not pop up when I leveled up once (masteries at 60), but it is found within my collected weapons.
If you don’t see it upon leveling, give a quick check to your inventory first!
