I checked it. Maybe it worked on the first day, but on the second day it doesn’t work ![]()
Ah sorry folks, it seems that I was paragon last time so that’s why it unlocked for me.
So yes, only one person per guild wars can get this.
Continue your outrage.
The player sorted to top in my guild was not Paragon last time and got the achievement. I momentarily went to top after my day one battles and got it too. When the other player did his battles, he went back to the top despite having a lower score and has stayed there ever since.
I can’t make any sense of what is actually happening with it. For the first 2 days the Paragon spot did not change, despite that player having very low scores, and there is no way they were the best last war to start there.
Then this morning on day 3 it has changed to another player and bumped everyone else down a position (not that the order is by scores at all). The player that is Paragon now had the second best score yesterday, but did not play at all the first day. So it is unclear what caused them to move up to Paragon today.
Just submitted this Bug Report - Ticket 116314
Recent update messed up sort by upgradeable settings.
If you have Orbs of Ascension, sort feature considers ALL troops ascendable, whether they are naturally Ascendable or not. Naturally Ascendable = Ascendable by number of troops with an Ascendable icon
If you have Orbs of Wisdom and have a troop you’ve unlocked 1 or 2 traits of, it sorts them into the other categories as if they are Naturally Traitable
Naturally Traitable = Traitable with enough traitstones and a Traitable icon
You cannot sort how you could before the update by naturally upgradeable:
Ascendable, Levelable, & Traitable
Levelable & Traitable
Ascendable Only
Levelable Only
Traitable Only
Then all other troops
Instead of sorting in that way, you have to scroll through every page to find naturally Ascendable troops and sometimes troops that are not Naturally Traitable are placed in categories they should not be. Then, once you get to Ascendable only, it sorts all your remaining troops in alphabetical order. You have to scroll through all of them to find any that have the ascend icon and can ascend without an orb. I have all Orbs of Ascension and Orbs of Wisdom.
Attachments:
114906 - filter set to sort troops as upgradeable
120224 - first page of A, L, & T - displays naturally L & T in ABC order
120234 - have to scroll through each troop alphabetically to find any that are actually A, L, & T
123745 - Ring of Wonder listed in A, L, & T only naturally Levelable, has one trait unlocked, only A & T with orbs
122438 - first page of A & T - Abject of Despond is only A & T with orbs, next ABC troop not listed
122733 - have to scroll through each troop alphabetically to find any that are naturally A & T
124619 - first page of A & L - only A with Orbs
124805 - ALL Immortals listed ABC order even without ability to upgrade level (not enough souls)
115017- final page of A & L, Beginning of A Only - Abominable Troll is next ABC troop not already listed, lvl 20 mythic with all traits unlocked but no elite levels
115025 - First labeled page of A Only - first troop is already lol 20 mythic with all traits unlocked but no elite level, all troops listed alphabetically here forward
115136 - have to scroll through all of the remaining troops alphabetically to find any that are naturally Ascendable
The Paragon spot changed again late in the day today. This time it went to another player that had done well today, but not quite the best and not very close to the top overall score. This time the prior Paragon was bumped down one spot again, but the first Paragon was moved into a lower tier closer to where they should be based on score.
The good news is that right after reset everything sorted out to the way it should be, so hopefully it will be ok going forward. I guess we’ll see next GW..
It was a fix that should have gone out, so hopefully that is the last of that specific issue
you cannot have my knowledge!
Next stupid interface decision in line of your unwise interface decisions…
Can you guess what is wrong in this picture? Precisely, purple arrow and green plus sign does not get removed when troop is at level 20 with all three traits unlocked; and that misleads into thinking that maximum level has not been reached and all traits haven’t been unlocked.
Would you hazard to guess how many pointless and annoying clicks I made on my casual account? It has troops with only levels but traits locked, it has troops with only traits unlocked but no levels…then I decide to do one thing, see the active icon for the other and click to check if maybe I can do that as well only to discover that it has already been done and I have just wasted the effort. Not a cool move!
Soon it will get shiny levels. So another icon flooding the screen. ![]()
That’s intentional; they are there to indicate what that row of upgrades are.
When a specific option is upgradable, it will have its own icon

Intention might be well meant, but ultimately it’s still redundant, unnecessary and bring no improvement to the table.
Just look at that - first section clearly says level in big letters, second section is clearly traits, third section is clearly ascension. Anybody can unerringly see what each section is meant to do without any additional markers.
Now, let’s look at this:
It’s still crystal clear that first section contains levels, second section contains traits and third section is now meant for elite levels instead of ascension; and all that without any additional markers or icons.
Another thing about your indicators…look at them cut-off from main section - how are we supposed to know that purple arrow means leveling up? that green plus means traits? that orange stars mean elite levels?
The only one that makes sense is blue arrow for ascension - it was used before latest overhaul and ascension orbs are blue. But then you make level thingy purple when it does not use purple orbs, you make trait thingy green when it does not use green orbs, you make elite level orange when it does not use orange orbs. Confusing mixup with no consistency.
And, in addition to all that, am I now supposed to search for tiny green arrow specks on these big icons when staring at a small mobile screen in order to know that I can interact with respective section? Really? Well, that’s a splendid idea!
How about this - keep the indicators but make them grayed out instead of colored when respective section is uninteractable. That way you can maintain how great and successful and best thing in the world your new invention is while keeping the confusion to minimum.
Intentionally confusing is what they meant ![]()
This. A million percent this. Such blatant bad design when they can’t even match the right colours up to make it clear what each icon means.
Okay, so what about these new Pet Rescues?
I was farming some minor PVP objectives when I defeated a Pet Gnome, but no Pet Rescue followed it. I recorded my footage, reviewed it … and it was a Glory Gnome actually (Blue Mana). My bad.
However, within the same hour, I had a later encounter with both a Pet Gnome (this time for sure, Green Mana) and a Valhawk in the same battle, and no Pet Rescue followed this. No prompt, no mention in the sidebar or the Games Menu, nothing.
I recorded my footage here, too. I just need to transfer it off the Switch first.
Pet Rescues don’t happen in the last hour before Wednesday reset Pet day
Gotcha. Has that always been this way?
yup. since day 1 of pets
Not really sure if this is the right thread to post this, but can i make a request to have a in -game reminder or count down to the start of guild war so we know to set our defences getting multiple guild members forgetting.
In the guild menú we have a counter to the next events in the rigth, and gw counter to nex gw below in the left
