Hello @Saltypatra and @Kafka, I submitted a ticket 24 days ago about loosing my account access. Kafka replied about 5 days after the initial request asking for proof of ownership of the account, so she could change the email address for me. I provided it right away, and have not heard anything since. I’ve tried to be patient, but three weeks is pretty ridiculous for basic customer support. Could someone please look into ticket #97784.
