Unresolved Ticket

Hello @Saltypatra and @Kafka, I submitted a ticket 24 days ago about loosing my account access. Kafka replied about 5 days after the initial request asking for proof of ownership of the account, so she could change the email address for me. I provided it right away, and have not heard anything since. I’ve tried to be patient, but three weeks is pretty ridiculous for basic customer support. Could someone please look into ticket #97784.

We have a support backlog atm due to an influx of tickets through the holidays (and our office being closed for said holidays.)

Thank you for your response! It is helpful to know that it is part of a backlog and not just being ignored or lost.

I tried to leave a forum post as the last resort, but I wasn’t sure what else to do to figure out what was going on.
