Hello,

My +60 years old dad got banned from this game. Itā€™s his favorite game and he is utterly devastated. He had been banned for hacking HE NEVER DID THAT ! Whatā€™s happening ?

I feel so sorry for all banned players,i was banned the day krinkle was released,but luckily i got my account back within 12 hours with 100 gems

Nothing atm, tell him to contest the ban but it sounds like nothing will be resolved for at least a few day. Send him my condolencies but tell him hes not alone.

The bans didnt actually start till after thefe servers had rolled over to the 24th so theyd already left the office. So they might not even be aware of a problem yetā€¦

After 8 years, thousands of hours, hundreds of dollars (VIP13) maybe banning me is a blessing, I can finally be done with this shit.

Joking aside, let him know not to worry. Heā€™ll get his account back for sure.

We just donā€™t know when yet. But as you can see, thereā€™s clearly something wrong here with do many players affected and theyā€™ll clearly see that.

Tell him to open a support ticket and appeal the ban, just in case they only work off of tickets and donā€™t have a mass reversal plan once theyā€™re back in office.

People are being Unbanned slowly but surely. I got Unbanned a few hours ago. It took 30 hours total for me from sending a Ticket to being Unbanned. A bit of a mess but it is getting fixed. Merry Christmas everyone!
