This is a fast team.
In the later stages soften up the first enemy with Ahries and then finish off with Lady Ironbeard.
This team easily beats E12 in all kingdoms so will be good to the final boss.

Ahries
Dark Pits banner (+2 green / +1 brown / -1 blue)
Apothecary for mana generation and cleansing. Emperinazara for support/buffs and re-summons. Ahries for massive chunk damage upon casting. Hero as tank and spell damage and a single-color tank serves to reduce the amount of mana blockage from the other stuff further down the lineup.
It isn’t a wonderful kingdom for Underspire and you have to rely upon the non-Hero troops if you want a summoner because Khaziel somehow doesn’t have one. I briefly toyed with a couple of other paradigms – e.g., Stonehammer or Gorgotha for tanking, or a set-up with Empress super-buffing a heavy-hitter – but none of them really sing to me. So the above is what I’ve gone to.

For me it was good until the final boss 
their Lasher kept zapping me. Kezef’s team got that final room done.
