I was looking at the number of badges and I can’t seem to find the tutorials that give you the “Certified” and “Licensed” badges. Can someone link those?
@actreal is the only person to have completed both. Perhaps he can help?
Oooo, new badges, didn’t even notice them.
I have not the slightest clue where you do either of them.
Both tutorials are completed via the PM system.
You start the first one by typing
@discobot start new userin a new PM, then follow discobot’s instructions in the PM thread.
Once you’ve completed the first one, the second one can be started with
@discobot start advanced user
As you’re not admins of this forum, you will need to respond with “skip” for the one step you don’t have the power to complete correctly.
One last tip: Don’t say “thanks” to discobot. That’s the quit tutorial command (that I learned by accident),
Let me know how it goes.
Wow. That’s a really complicated and obscure way to get into a tutorial. I assume that new users are at least provided with these instructions when they sign up for an account?
The new user tutorial triggers automatically on sign up with an automatic PM from discobot, I believe.

I think I just got discobot a couple badges there…
