Troops not being credited for gem matches made

I’ve repeatedly seen where I’ve made a gem match in a game & not had those 3/4/whatever credited to the appropriate troop. Is this a bug, opposing team buff I can’t see, or part of how the AI cheats?

Speaking of cheating AIs (I completed PQ1, 2 & maybe 3, so I know that’s what’s used) could you put a cap on how many cheats it does in a row please? I don’t mind losing but when I go from miles ahead to lose 2, 3 or even all troops in just 1 enemy move, it’s fecking annoying!

Could your troop be silenced? They can’t collect mana then. Apologies if you know about being silenced but worth a mention just in case.

TC isn’t providing us nearly enough information to be able to make an informed judgment on the case. Video capture would be really, really good right now, so that the rest of us could look at the situation and figure it out rather than try to guess.

It’s almost certainly not “AI cheating”, but there are a number of potential causes here.
