What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Troops that are not ready to cast magic fill the whole square, as expected.
Troops (and enemy troops) that are ready to cast magic have black bars on the bottom and/or right/left side (not expected). The image is scaled to be smaller. It looks dumb. See the red ovals in the image above. For allied troops it’s right and bottom, for enemy troops it’s left and bottom.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
It happens every single time since restarting the client tonight (Dec 19, 11 PM)
Steps to make it happen again
Get any troop or any enemy troop enough magic to cast a spell and you’ll see it.
