I propose to make a limit on the moves of enemy troops for PvP. This addition balances the PvP team of goblins and other teams that do not give the enemy a turn.Each enemy army can move 2-3 times in its turn, and the attacker 5-7 times.

You’re not the first to ask this, but let me ask you: exactly HOW could something like this be implemented in a way that makes it clear it’s by design, so that the forums don’t get suddenly spammed with “Goblin Spellcast failed to get an Extra Turn (not frozen)” bug reports?
