Maybe I am going through a pretty consistently lower end RNG streak?
It happens I know but numbers have dropped for me on average since 4.3
Was just curious if it is just me?

I’ve been getting 12-13-14 tributes regularly. Some have gone lower, but not too high. If they rebalanced it evens out? Seems one third…
