What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
All treasure icons (lamp, elephant, chalice, etc) are disproportionally small in every case when they appears as that, and not in full card view - in quest rewards, tasks descriptions, etc, comparing to all other cards.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Always was here since revamp of pictures (I noticed it the first time about the same time when rewards for chest opening became pictures instead full cards). But I never was able to catch the picture in time. Well, right now I have even two examples.
