What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?
I connected random stash of 3, or 4. The game announced an extra turn even if it was not supposed to. The counter works fine, just the announcer is freaking out.
What are the steps to make it happen again?
Not sure. It appears to be random. Just playing a few games and paying attention should prove to pop it up again.
