Treasure Hunt out of sync after it ended

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I was hoping for some rewards especially gems.

How often does this happen? Twice for me already
When did it begin happening?
A week ago and today.
Does it only happen after doing a particular game mode? Treasure Hunt

Steps to make it happen again
Maybe leave the game open for several hours then play as normal, collect tributes, and include TH from time to time. I only restart on reset or when I use another device.

Starting a treasure hunt just as your tribute appears, always sends it out of sync

This is a disaster. It happens to me frequently.

And Gems of War support is also a disaster; they don’t respond. I’ve written them with screen shots of the failures, to the ticket. Yeah, no response.

I’d like my purchases back.
