For this weeks Locked On event I completed the traits for Desdemona and Dark Monolith. When I logged on to play today their traits had been removed. I’m over lvl 1200 and have never come across this before. Is this a new glitch or have I just been lucky? Also is there anyway to reclaim the traitstones I had to use to power them up a second time?
This has never happened to me, but I’ve seen others report it before. Are you sure the traitstones from the first attempt were consumed and they didn’t show up again when the traits disappeared?

File it under “Missing rewards or game content”. They’ll be able to look at your account and determine if you’re due for a refund. Include as much information as you can, eg. when did you trait the troops the first time, when the second time. Hopefully they’ll sort things out for you.
