for example that tooltip would say something of the lines:

The same happens with troops and traits. 50pts per troop until you reach 10, then it becomes 10pts per troop. 25pts per trait until 30, then it becomes 10pts per trait.

im sure there are many other places where a tooltip is needed

I never understood why 2 of them are 20% of the values and the last one is 40% of base…
