Ticket response time

bought the elite pass thru steam 2 weeks ago friday.
first purchase from steam, and from GOW.
got a bot email monday after asking for a ss of the receipt, sent it that night.

since then crickets.

and really, who send emails of crickets?

my question is, how long has gow ticket support taken for y’all?
at what point should i get really angry and try to get a refund from steam?

because i am growing seriously impatient over all this.

Several people have reported quite long wait times on the forums here. I agree that it would be good to hear more accounts.
