What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
This is the second time this has happened, I submitted a request before and have not heard back from you. I actually got all three dungeons without triggering a trap which is rare, however it glitched out at reset before finding the dungeons, and I started the day at reset with 1/3 dungeon battles. So even though I found the dungeons without triggering a trap, I can only play two battles, so I can’t win the Dragonite bonus, nor play for the third dungeon rewards from the third battle. The third battle cannot be played, it won’t start when I click on it, and it shows 3/3 battles but I only played 2/3.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Once and a while, trying to finish games before reset, but finishing a dungeon battle after reset.
