I keep being told that my clan are sending me gem gifts, but i’ve never had any.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
this bug has been happening since 2023 and is still occuring.
As I mentioned in your ticket, your invite code was the same as another account, not your username.
At the time, I changed the invite code of the inactive user and sent you the mail.
If you are still having mail issues, please submit a ticket again.

I’m getting given helpfuls and hi fives and they aren’t appearing on my account, same with gifts. Please can someone run a fix.

Hi Jeto. Im in Mellas guild. I can confirm. We send him hi5s and helpfuls. And he doesnt get them.
What does he have to do to fix this quickly please.
