What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened: loading time since reset yesterday has increased massively. It used to be a single ‘scroll bar’, but as per the video it is now 3 or 4 at the start of every battle.
I’ve restarted app multiple times, restarted router (and you can see from attached speed-test that my connection is very quick and not the cause).
I am located in Asia, so people in Americas and Europe may not be experiencing the same issue.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening? Before every battle, whether it be PvP, Explore, Pet Rescue etc
You’ll get another reply in your ticket, but in the meantime I will follow up with the devs just in case there was anything that went out last night, but currently I don’t see any server alerts.
Thanks. It seems to have been fixed or resolved itself about midnight, or a little before, your time on Tuesday night. Can close/archive delete this thread now.
You might get a reply from Support again, if I don’t get to let them know first - would be just to check if you had done all the troubleshooting etc.
Reach out again here if you notice this again.. 8.8 released on Switch yesterday, so there was a big influx in activity on the server, but I don’t think that should affect other platforms.
In the meantime, enjoy the pathetic internet connection I am rocking here
