Hey duolingo. Not a bad app. The best method to save data is to turn on the wifi, and use a wifi connection to play the game instead of your data.
If you tap Gems of War in that list, it should give you a page with an option like “Enable usage of cellular data in the background.” You could disable that and see if it helps.
Yea at home i use wifi ofcourse- at the best i play via steam, but for mobile play i have no other choise than drain my data. I know about background data, but i was scared from amount of used data, that it will have problems in game when i turn it off. But in fact data and battery draining from this game is little bit insane…
People have said that the chat(s) are a big data drainer, you can actively leave the normal chat at the least.
