"There was a problem when trying to conact the server..." game dont load on Steam

I have good Setup and play lot of games. but this one is not opening, i restart pc reinstall, change steam account. change DNS, update grahic cards and change DNS configuration. but nothing work.. PLEASE HELP ME

I have the same problem, it doesn’t load either on Steam or on my phone (Google Play).
