I purchased lanterns in the underspire event and did not receive them.

Its a display bug. Select the purchase, when your payment screen comes back up, back out. Your lanterns should populate your counter now. I got the same bug. If you turned your console off, then logged back on, I cant say if theyll show up, as I never caused that scenario. Good luck.
I messaged the developer and they showed up about a half later. Thank you, tho
