Reading both of these combined makes it sound horribly wrong. Could you at least restrict yourself to Ghulvania troops?
It has only been announced to be available in the vault, that’s like a 50% chance for it really being around. Has anybody found it yet?

Can confirm, both Tower and Strength in a drop table, i got them within 200 VK’s
