This is why I have been saving my mountains of gold. I think we have over 200 legendaries that we can get now, so getting The Cattauri King will be an epic battle with the key slot machine. May Rngesus have mercy on us all.:folded_hands:

I miss the days when a new Legendary Troop would debut during its own Kingdom week, and (for the week) would be the only Legendary appearing in Event Chests.

“What happened” is that they went from 1-2 Legendaries during a campaign that would become available through Event Keys on the week of their release to periodic releases of Legendaries as part of an independent week-long “event”.

Probably because doing it through an “event” allowed for both a money-making shop and defused complaints from less active players that they didn’t have the resources to get the new troop, whereas the new paradigm allows anybody to get a copy if they play every day and spend a little bit of in-game currency.
