What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I’ve been trying to log into the game on my phone for the past few hours and I keep getting this error. Neither of the options it gives me lets me into the game. I’ve checked my internet connection and it’s not a problem. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and I’m still getting the same error. I’ve also tried logging into the game on my PC windows (Steam account) and I get the same error.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
It’s been happening for about 3 or 4 hours, but it may have been going on for longer (5 hours ago I was peacefully asleep because it was nighttime).
12 hours ago I could log into the game without any problems.
Steps to make it happen again
For me, it’s trying to load the game. I know some friends in my guild are having the same problem getting into the game.
