These things take time.
I have been part of one of these in football where we drafted every position and used players from all of history. 32 teams x 25 players = 800 picks.
We only have 40 
32 picks. 8 people with 4 picks each .

How these threads work (based on other Forums, like for sports) is I make a Matchup Thread with the teams detailed (lineup, banner, team bonuses, etc.) with a poll. The poll is open to the entire community to vote on who they think would win in a head-to-head match.

It’s in the OP, right under the draft order, I redrew the list for Banners. Have to redraw because of an even amount of rounds for the Troops. If I used the same list, then the players higher up in the original draft order would have an unfair advantage (having 3 rounds in their favour compared to 2 for the players at the bottom of the order).
Same rules as before, once one is taken you cannot choose it again.
