Thank you for Compensation

This morning I woke up to 3 mails in my ingame mailbox, thank you for the compensation and apology, made me feel valued as a player.

I also received my missing real money Citadel sigils yesterday, all appreciated.

If anyone is reporting they are missing the Library Pass being restored and not just missing the Library Pass rewards from before the weekend, can you double check your collected mail as it was displaying as the new hero pass when collected.

It was reported in another thread, it’s just a visual issue.

If you completely are missing it from your collected mail, then you don’t need to submit a ticket, I will check this thread when I am back to work on Monday

Will we receive any compensation after the weekend?

Should get bonus compensation been waiting library pass rewards for 2 weeks now, l don’t know why we got pushed to the back of the line for purchases that were made the day of server rollback

You already collected your compensation. I will not be quoting myself again in this thread for people who aren’t trying to read the updates in the main thread about when Library Pass and Library rewards are getting sent out.

I was beyond incensed that an internal error led to a lost day of activity, resources and progress. I still hope this never happens again but the compensation was appropriate and appreciated for once. Thank you.

Sorry is hard to keep track of so many mistakes and errors on this game. Even when one pays.

@Magnuspm but didn’t we all get 250 star stones from the dev team in the ‘Apology mail’ before the weekend? I bought the pass myself, and I feel the compensation mail covers it - in addition to the 200 star stones we got today. But each to their own, I assume.
