Terror'd away valraven sometimes doesn't give 2 sigils it carries

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
When doing bounty event today, I cast bounty captain Exiled Wargare’s spell on valraven. In first two encounters both valravens were terror’d away. At the end of both battles, 2 sigils were granted. So far, so good. Then I terror’d away another valraven in a following encounter (around battle 11 or so, I didn’t note down the exact time), this time it doesn’t give its 2 sigils.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
I didn’t try again, as it could be a foolish loss. So no idea how often.

Steps to make it happen again
Cast terror on valraven, and hope you are unlucky?

I believe this bug has been reported before in prior versions (per release notes, bonus troops are SUPPOSED to drop their loot from Terror, which is otherwise different from fleeing normally).

Me, I am slightly hesitant to look for this myself since I don’t have the Bounty Captain ascended enough to be better than my go-to x24 bounty-hunting team.
