What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
While playing the new faction event, i was at lvl 120. A bad gateway error occurred, and once reconnected, my team was reset to empty and the level was back to 0.
Tried to restart ==> No effect
Tried to complete level 0 ==> level 10 so no effect
Tried to complete level 10 ==> level 20
Seems I lost all levels until 120, though in the underworld screen, I still have the lvls 50, 110 and 120 in the welcome screen of the new faction.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
first time it happened and hopefully the last.
